In new court papers filed today by Michael Jackson's parents Joe and Katherine, the couple claims their son did not have a valid will at the time of his death.

In the papers, Joe and Katherine request that Katherine be appointed administrator of their son's estate, and inform the court that Michael was "intestate" at the time of his death, meaning he had no valid will. Click here to read the papers.

In a written petition to the court, Katherine says that she "intends to marshal assets of [Michael Jackson] for the exclusive used of [Michael's] three children -- her grandchildren -- after payment of debts and expenses of administration."

She also writes, "Given the nature and extent of [Michael's] assets, it would be difficult if not impossible to quantify their value at this time."

  • She is beginning to sound more like a money hungry B*tch than anything else. I think that MJ left everything to his kids, cut out his parents & now they don't know what to do without their sons money. They are the sorriest excuse for parents I have seen yet. Well with the exception of Octomom, their right up there.
