Diane tells "The Insider"'s Lara Spencer that the leaks from the autopsy report include the facts that "he weighed 112 pounds, he had scrapes and bruises all over his body, and he had lost almost all of his hair. This goes back to the anorexia that he fought for so long, plus all the drug abuse. Anorexics often lose chunks of their hair. What a sad way to end."
Diane goes on to say that no food was found in MJ's stomach, "just half-digested pills, which indicates to me that he had taken a handful of pills that morning."
[Note: The Los Angeles County Coroner's office says: "We have not completed our autopsy report, so I don't know how other people say they have it."]
