HTV spots Jack Osbourne out in Hollywood, where the reality star comments on the loss of Michael Jackson.

Sporting a scruffy beard and looking trim in blue plaid, Jack is on his way into a celebrity hot spot H.Wood when the paps ask him about Michael.

"It's sad," he says with a slight crack in his voice before quickly walking inside with a blonde beauty.
