Michael Jackson’s Will Filed In Court

Michael Jackson’s last will and testament has been filed in a L.A court. According to reports, the entire estate has been put into the Michael Jackson Family Trust, naming Katherine Jackson as a beneficiary of the trust.  Jackson also gave his mother guardianship of his three children. Diana Ross was named a successor guardian if anything were to happen to Mrs. Jackson.

Michael Jackson’s estate is valued at $500million!! Jackson’s longtime lawyer John Branca and friend John McClain, were also listed as co-executors of the will.

Branca and McClain had the following to say:

The most important element of Michael’s will is his unwavering desire that his mother, Katherine, become the legal guardian for his three children. As we work to carry out Michael’s instructions to safeguard both the future of his children as well as the remarkable legacy he left us as an artist we ask that all matters involving his estate be handled with the dignity and the respect that Michael and his family deserve.

The children are also named in the will.
