Update: Custody of Michael Jackson's Kids

An attorney for Debbie Rowe is speaking out about whether Rowe will pursue custody of her two children with Michael Jackson.

Echoing what "The Insider" reported from its sources earlier this morning, Rowe's attorney tells the Associated Press that she is still deciding whether to seek custody of her children with Jackson, son Michael "Prince" and daughter Paris-Michael.

"The Insider" can also confirm that the custody hearing has been rescheduled to Monday, July 13 at 8:30 a.m.

i think the mother needs to leave those kids alone because they barley even know her and its going to mess with their heads like a mother what the heck is that and who the hell are you and what do you want those kids are fine with their grandmother and will be well taken care of she knows more about them then their mother witch is sad but the truth

I think the children should live with there grandmother. If anything should happen to Mrs. Jackson the children should go to live with another Jackson family member like Janet. If Debbie Rowe wanted her children why did she walk out on them once already. What kind of mother does that? these children know the Jackson family and they should stay with Mrs. Jackson or with Janet Jackson.

They should leave them children alone an let them have some peace. Beacuse they just lost there father regardless if the children is really his or not because in my eyes he raised them from birth.

I hope that mj's mom or janet jackson or the other sister get's the custody of the kids. Because I think they will be better off with the jackson family.Besides it is in mj's will so they should honor his wishes.so maybe now he can finally be in peace and truely be happy. And to help that to happen is for his kids to be with the jackson family and NO one else NOT even debbie rowe.Besides they really do not know her they don't even call her mom . She said before she does not want them to call her mom. And she lost her rights along time ago when she gave them to mj to rise twice for money.And because she wanted to give this gift of life {children}to him because he wanted to be a father so much.Now that is dead she as no right ti them. They do not want to be with her. I think the judge should ask the kids were they want to live. They are old anofe to know were they want to live with.I will truely miss michael jackson the king of pop. My prayers are with the jackson's family at this trying time.

Mihceal Jackson was a very good father. I think janet should keep the children because kathrine can't manage the kids by here self and janet is very kind and she whould do a good job and she whould be just like her brother R.I.P Michael Jackson and she will all ways make them happy like thier wonderful father we will all ways love him and miss him

It is bad enough that these poor children have lost their dad, but to have to deal with a custody battle is just wrong on so many levels. As far as the kids being Michael's, well here goes. Anyone can donate sperm, but to be there daily thru the ups & downs, smiles and tears, THAT IS BEING A DAD IN EVERY WAY THAT COULD EVER COUNT!! Debbie has not been a part of the kids lives up to now and frankly, the way she is looking now days, she is a little scary. The whole idea of a will is to specify your wishes. If Michael left a will then it should be honored. If his Mom cannot handle raisng the kids then he gave an alternate person, not to mention his siblings (Janet). Janey especially. She knows how to keep her home life private and I think she would be great with the kids. Janet & Michael were so close, I think he would have been ok with this. In any case, this all needs to be settled so that these kids can stay together and start to heal from the hurt of not having Michael in their lives now. Time for the grown-ups to grow up and be more responsible and love these kids. Not for the money they can get, but because the kids need the love and stability back in their lives. Michael will not be able to rest in peace until he knows his kids will be ok. SO EVERYONE, PLEASE, IF YOU CANNOT SAY SOMETHING NICE, DON'T SAY ANYTHING, AS HIS CHILDREN HAVE TO SEE AND HEAR ALL OF THIS AND IT HAS TO HURT THEM VERY DEEPLY.

i think that the jackson's should get the kids because they have been with the kids more than debbie rowe has and i think that all she wants is the money she doesn't care about the kids if she cared she would have tried to get her perental rights back but she didnt and now she wants them well she shouldn't get them because have u seen where she lives not child proof for a 12,11,7 year old but with the jacksons the kids would be around their cousins and debbie rowe is just white trash

If Debbie Rowe really loves her children, why did she tell everybody that the children are not Micheal Jackson's biological children? Prince and Paris loves Micheal so much. Did she considered the privacy of the identity of her kids? The world know they're are Jackson kids... Now the world know that they are not biological children of the King of Pop. If Debbie Rowe and Micheal Jackson are real friends why did she broke her promise to Micheal that she will keep the true identiry of the Jackson kids? She did not think of the consequences of her actions because she just wanted MONEY! She EXPOITED the identity of Prince and Paris. She does not love the kids. She just want MONEY from the kids. Mrs. Katherine Jackson is a good mother. Debbie Rowe could have just secretly talked to Mrs. Katherine Jackson about the true identity of Prince and Paris. Maybe they could have made arrangements. The kids are still young and sad about the death of their known beloved daddy (Micheal Jackson). In the right time, right place and right age, probably she could tell them she is her mother. Not at this time, and not tell the world about it.

Whether Debbie is the bio mother or not, i think she should be the one who look after these kids if she wants too surely. I think MJ will be happy abt that since initialy they planned to have these kids together lon tyme ago so she has to continue in mj's dream, to give these cute kids love and protection. As for the Jackson I don't think they should because even when MJ was aline they have never showed interest in these kids, mind you as they know that maybe they are the not the real jackson, i dont think they can give them enough lov since they are not their blood thou i dont kno abt who their biological parents are.

But i heard that even Debbie is not sure if she like or not to have these kids, so if she doent, so the BIOLOGICA PARENTS SHOULD REVEAL THEMSELVES AND TAKE CARE OF THEIR KIDS, MJ is gone now so even if they were paid millions to give these kids away, but now mj is gone so they should reveal themselves and take these kids before they can be emotional disturbed, they dont deserve all this.

i think that debbie rowe wants the money i think the 3angles should stay with MJ family coz thats wat MJ wanted...i mean the world the court should open ther mind and eye every one can tell debbie is seekin to custody MJ money she's not seekin for the kids..and im sure MJ family already got enought money there only wnats the kids nw.:)..
