Rihanna’s illegal tattoo fun

On July 1 RiRi visited East Side Ink to get a couple of tattooing lessons and tattooed three parlor artists with tiny umbrellas with R on them and then left the place.

It could be considered as trying her hand in something new but Ri’s actions were absolutely illegal, according to NYC Health Department.

Only licensed tattoo artists can administer tattoos in the city according to the City’s Health Code. We are sending someone down to follow up on this,” The Health Department told TMZ.com.

Now the singer might be charged with three misdemeanors for the offense, with penalty of $300, $500 and $1,000, respectively. East Side Ink may also get fined.

Rihanna is a big fan if tattoos as she’s got as many as 8 covering her beautiful body.
