Madonna Honoring Michael Jackson in Concert

Madonna will pay special tribute to Michael Jackson when she resumes her Sticky & Sweet tour in London tomorrow night.

Madonna's rep tells the Associated Press that she'll perform a special song and dance number in memory of Michael during the concert.

In exclusive photos of a dress rehearsal for the show (posted on Madonna's Web site), a man dressed like the late King of Pop is pictured busting dance moves while the Material Mom and an entourage watch on, looking impressed.

The concert takes place at London's O2 arena, where Michael was slated to stage his 50-date tour.
