"The Insider" has confirmed Katherine Jackson is no longer the temporary administrator of her son's estate.

A Los Angeles judge ruled that the co-executors of Michael Jackson's will, John Branca and John McClain, will be the special administrators of the King of Pop's estate.

Branca and McClain will have this title until August 3 when Katherine can challenge the decision.

  • Mrs Jackson, your son will never be forgotten. I wish I could tell you this, and let you know that Michael meant so much to his fans, so much. Take care of yourself and the kids.

  • I don't understand why people are too blind to see, yet understand why Michael is receiving more attention than Farrah and anyone else for that matter. Peronally, I liked Farrah in Charlie's Angels, she will truly be missed. Yet, Michael has been...

  • I am not very acquainted with legal jargon, but something is amiss here. Seems that Katherine should have been appointed co-executor of her son's estate. Seemss as of now she has little say so and will have to settle for whatever is tossed her way....

  • Neverland should become the next Graceland -- Why? because the fans need a place to go. Michael's children and family need it as a reminder of what Michael stood for. How can they sell it to strangers? Can't Michael's entertainment friends - money...

    • May I say that was absolutely beautiful. I was thinking that US the fans could actually save Neverland Ranch. Think about it..if we all donate $1 to the purchase of Neverland we can buy it back from the developers. They aren't going to get rid of it...

  • I think two independent sources should handle the money. I'm sorry, but the Jackson family are not capable of handling money. They are all moochers and spenders. The people that Michael owes need to be paid first, before the Family sees a dime. If...

  • I think the judge in this case was wrong. Katherine is MJ's mother; why shouldn't se be the guardian of HER son's estate. Too many hands dipping in and out of things could spell more trouble for the Jackson family.

    • Exactly why the courts stepped in & took control away from her. They have already mooched off of MJ long enough. Wonder how much will really be left for the kids after EVERYONE gets their hand out.
