"The Insider" has obtained actress Joyce DeWitt's booking photo after her arrest on the suspicion of driving under the influence.

The 60-year-old former "Three's Company" star was arrested on July 4 in El Segundo, Calif., for suspicion of driving under the influence.

DeWitt was stopped by police after officers say they witnessed her drive past a barricade intended to keep away traffic. Officials tell "The Insider" they administered a field sobriety test on the actress after police officers say they observed signs of alcohol intoxication. Her bail was set at $5,000.

  • Its darn lucky i was not the judge i would have set Her bail much higher then $5,000 I have 6 grand children and lost my sister to a drunk driver! I look at thing like this every day and have a grim view on people who break the law!

  • Yeeech! The years and booze haven't been kind to her. With that crazy look in her eyes, she's probably at least a month behind on her Zyprexa as well. Too bad, she was a hottie back in the day.

    • She was arrested for drunk driving...she is NOT a victim! She is lucky no one was injured or killed because of her selfish actions. True fans should let her know how reckless she was and to get some help...while she is in prison, of course.
