It is being reported that Michael Jackson’s three children, Prince Michael, 12, Paris, 11, and Prince Michael II,7, are expected to attend today’s(July 7th) memorial service for the pop star at Los Angeles’ Staples Center, scheduled to start at 12pm Eastern time. Jackson’s kids will most likely be accompanied by their grandmother and temporary guardian Katherine Jackson.
A family lawyer, Brian Oxman, has said that Jackson’s kids have been coping with the death of their father:
“The kids are being looked after at the house in Encino by Katherine. Obviously this is a terrible time for all the children - their whole world has been turned upside down overnight.”
“There is a pool at the house, so they can have relaxing swims to ease the pain. The whole family has been terrific and is looking after one another on a minute-to-minute basis.”
