The 21-year-old, whose wife Jade died of cervical cancer in March, is said to be planning the new venture to get over the loss of his wife. The club promoter recently finished serving a prison sentence for ault.
It is claimed Jack and two pals cannot make up their minds about a name for the restaurant.
An insider said: “They could not decide on a le, although there has obviously been talk of whether to name it in Jade’s honour. But they’re unsure if that’s the best thing for Jade’s legacy.
“It’s going to be a top place when all the plans are finalised. It’s in a popular area and will cater for all tastes. Jack’s hoping it’ll be a great success.
Talking about the restaurant, he said: “I don’t know the name of it. People keep asking me. It’s things like meat and fish - normal food. A little bit of everything.”
