Lindsay Lohan is all around fake

About five months ago we heard a fairy tale-like story of a celebrity (Lindsay Lohan) meeting a spray tanner (Lorit Simon) and coming up with a unique tanning formula that they perfected “over the years” and eventually launched the spray tan line called Sevin Nyne.

What a perfect story for the press!

And now here’s the truth.

A Florida chemist, Jennifer Sunday, has filed a lawsuit in Tampa federal court claiming that LiLo and Simon stole the Sevin Nyne formula (that they had claimed to be working on for around three years) from her.

Ms. Sunday is suing Lohan, Simon, and Simon’s company for breach of contract, theft of trade secrets, civil conspiracy, intentional interference with contractual relations and deceptive and unfair trade practices, ICYDK.com reported.

Apart from public mocking and more humiliating remarks about Lohan, Ms. Sunday is looking for the profits that are being generated from the product. Get ready to pay out Lindsay!

Lindsay’s rep has not been reached for comment. No wonder.
