Coroner Reveals Steve McNair’s Death Was A Murder Suicide

“I’ll say greater than 95 percent,” Dr. Feng Li told CNN of his certainty. “It’s almost an assured thing. We have to be convinced otherwise.”

McNair had reportedly been dating Kazemi for about six months, and the two had been traveling the country together even talking marriage at one time. He had never filed for divorce from his wife, Mechelle, who has not made any comments since McNair was found dead in a downtown Nashville condominium.
