"My best information is that the body is at Forest Lawn waiting for the decision of where his final resting place will be," Diane tells Victoria. "We hear he may be in a crypt at Forest Lawn. We hear he may have already been cremated, but there is no crematorium at Forest Lawn, so the body may have been secretly moved to achieve that. If the family decides to put Michael in Neverland, state law says that he must be cremated. You can't put a body on private land. Will they try to get around that? I think that might be what the hold up is."
Sources also tell Diane that there is a faction of the family that wants Michael interred at Neverland, while another faction wants to honor him by burying him now.
As for rumors that there will be an open casket viewing of Michael's body at a second memorial, Diane says, "Sources tell me that the damage done to Michael's body -- maybe specifically his face when they were trying to revive him -- just doesn't lend itself to an open casket."
Diane also says, "It reminds me about the fight over Anna Nicole Smith's body, and, finally, a judge had to say, 'You must bury this woman.'"

Well....Diane Dimond has been full of a "expert" commentary on Michael Jackson for so long I thought she was acquainted with him. But that is not so, is it Diane? The only thing that she did or should have known about Mr. Jackson was that he was being investigated by theFBI at the request of her personal friend District Attorney Sneddon. Which also means that she had to have been aware that the FBI found nothing for Michael to have been charged with, since the FBI reported to Sneddon and he and her being such good friends and professional collegues and all? Right Diane?
So how is it you continued to slander him and even write a book design to appeal to a certain mindset, using events so badly twisted even the major players didn't recognize them?

The real travesty of justice is that vulture like Diane Dimond get to publish a salacious, fictional book about a person she has never even met! After all, Michael sued her and Hard Copy for making up stories they could not proved. She also needs to stop calling herself an "expert" on Michael Jackson. I have been an Entertainment Tonight‘s for a long time. ET and The Insider ought to be ashamed of themselves for giving this snake a forum to spit her venom on Michael‘s legacy. ET has definitely taken a turn for the worse since adding on Diane Dimond to their team .I will boycott ET and the insider until they come to their senses.
