Michael Jackson Bill Shot Down In Congress

Not everyone is down with honoring the late King of Pop. At Tuesday's public memorial service for Michael Jackson, Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee informed the world that she had introduced a House resolution honoring the deceased singer for his humanitarian work. However, at a news conference this morning, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi addressed Lee's proposal, which she says is bound to be "counterproductive." Why would it be counterproductive?
