  • I enjoy Ryan's wisecracks, absolutely LOVED him in Blade Trinity, but I also liked his buff action hero side to. I didn't really care for Deadpool, but I think it was the character more than him. You couldn't see his face, and he couldn't speak. Yes, I know that is how the character was, but Ryan cracking up is one of the reasons I like his movies so much. I can't wait to see him in something close fitting and green...just promise he's going to keep those awesome muscular arm muscles for the movie!

  • Okay, I agree that Ryan would have made a better Flash (Wally West by the way, not Barry Allen), but let we Veteran Comic Book Geeks Agree, Hal Jordan has the emotional and character depth of a wood plank...if you played him as to the comic book, it can't survive as its own series.

  • I'm sorry that just doesn't work for me. Despite how thrilled I am for the Deadpool movie, I see either Nathan Fillion, Brian Austin Green or even Matt Damon a much better for the part.

  • I have to agree that he'd make a better Flash as well but he does look like Hal Jordan so it does work. I just hope they don't humor up GL too badly seeing as how he's a rather tragic character all things considered.

I wonder who the villain will be, Black Hand perhaps :)?

  • How does someone sign on with Marvel and play a side hero in a movie then move onto a role as the Green Lantern a DC superhero. He seems more funny then what the Lanterns character is. Its like someone stated earlier....he would have made a better Flash. . .I'd like to say this is misinformed but I don't have the facts. *sighs*

(dork alert) P.S. for those that don't know there are a core of Lanterns this one is Hal Jordon not John.

  • this is so dumb. II like to associate an actor with a one superhero. nothing against him I just think its dumb to give one guy so many super hero roles
