With his romantic comedy 'The Proposal' currently in theaters, and a new indie project in the works, Ryan Reynolds has just landed another exciting movie role -- read on for more details.Reynolds has been chosen to play the title role in 'Green Lantern,' the live-action film based on the DC Comics character, Variety reports.
The 32-year-old star was in the running for the coveted role along with Bradley Cooper and Jared Leto, the trade paper says.
Production is expected to begin in January.
