The request was made by attorneys for Katherine Jackson, Joe Jackson and Debbie Rowe. It will now take place on July 20 at 8:30 a.m.

Lawyers for Rowe, Eric George and Marta Almli, tell Us in a statement: "The hearing was moved by the Court after agreement of the parties. No other comment."

Katherine remains the temporary guardian of Prince, 12, Paris, 11, and Blanket, 7, the statement reads.
