"The Insider" has the latest...

Tony Romo reportedly split with Jessica Simpson the night before her 29th birthday.

Sources tell "The Insider" that the couple broke up on July 9, which resulted in her canceling her party.

Meanwhile, an unnamed source also tells People, "She loves Tony. But it's been difficult lately. He's busy with his career and she's getting ready to shoot her show. They decided to part ways."

On Friday, Jessica's birthday, Tony enjoyed a guys' night out with a large posse of friends at Hollywood hotspot MyHouse.

"He had quite a few girls stop by his dance floor table," one onlooker told People. "Romo was sipping Grey Goose and having a fun time with the boys."

  • Tony be careful on who you are going to date because people take things very sicericly on whats going on, so stay low for a while until things cool off with you and women.

    • well then, Romo was here in my home town over the weekend ehere he went to college...he treated friends of mine worse than this jessica...he started out his weekend here at EIU by stopping at the liquor store and yes he did buy grey goose vodka...I see a pattern here. The guy is supposed to be a role model for today's youth...not to shoot down their hopes and desires to one day become the next Tony Romo... A close friend of mine, who will remain unidentified told me that over the weekend, he had taken his son to possibly meet Romo, "Jessica's Romeo" and by the way this is the all american family...dad is a local police officer who coaches his son's Junior Football Team...The son has been a member of the Cowboys fan club...that is until meeting Tony Romo...My friends son tells his father, that it seems as if Romo was inconvenienced to come to EIU for his induction to the college's hall of fame and receive the honor of having his jersey #17 retired from the roster...Jessica rest assured that you have by the age of 29...(happy birthday by the way) provided yourself with the valuable realization that no you will not be stuck with the biggest egotistical JERK on the face of the earth...

  • Best decision he's made, they were horrible together. She's about to have a another show, she/daddy are giving him football tips and she wanted to have a "Barbie" b-day party. Yeah, I can see why he left her a day before her b-day. You can tell Joe needs to get out of the relationships, he's way too involved. Plus Tony is still young and she wants to get married again to prove that her leaving Nick was a good idea. Obviously it was a mistake.
