Calum Best reckons he and wild-child Lindsay Lohan are the new couple on the block - and he wants to launch a perfume with her.

The 26-year-old lothario jets out to LA to see Linds for her 21st birthday on Monday.

He'll also be working on his second fragrance and skin care range - and he wants Linds in on the action. Eau de Lo-Cal, anyone?


Umm. Lindsay Lohan best stay away from people like Calum Best once she exits rehab, so she doesn't become a third offender.
