The Most Ridiculous Jon Gosselin Rumor

I’m still shaking my head in wonderment that people still seem to be so interested in the Gosselin family. Interested enough, in fact, to make up outlandish stories about them. The newest story comes from InTouch and it claims that Jon Gosselin is engaged to his new girlfriend, Hailey Glassman. The big proposal supposedly came while the two were in France this past week. Please. I’m apt to believe just about anything when it comes to Jon Gosselin and the ladies. But I’ve heard Jon talk about how happy he is to be single, how he’s going to just have fun for a little while, and how he got married and pulled into the family life way too young. I know the man’s dumb, but he obviously knows what he wants or, in this case, doesn’t want. And that’s to be married again. That much is quite clear. From Bump Shack,

““Jon & Kate Plus 8” star Jon Gosselin and his new naughty girlfriend Hailey Glassman are engaged to be married, according to InTouch. Jon is completely in love with his 22 year-old girl toy that he doesn’t want to waste any time.

Jon bought a $180,000 engagement ring with black diamonds designed by Edouard Nahum and got down on one knee to pop the question during their romantic vacation in St. Tropez (photos here). They met with clothing designer Christian Audigier and he helped them celebrate their engagement.

A source says, “They started dating two months ago and they both just knew the other was the one instantly.”

“They all went out to the V.I.P Room nightclub in St. Tropez after dinner,” says another source close to the group. “Hailey was flashing her ring around and they were kissing and hugging.”

Yep, it’s pretty ridiculous. There are also stories going around that Kate doesn’t want Hailey around her kids because she’s been charged with marijuana possession and because she’s a wild party girl. All of that may be true but I think another reason Kate may not want her ex-husband’s girlfriend around her kids is because she’s her ex-husband’s girlfriend. But all of that partying and pot-smoking will certainly make her a wonderful playmate for Jon. And that’s just what he wants right now, not another wife.

  • Kate can do so much better than Jon Gosselin, anyway. Look at him, he's fat & UGLY!!! Good riddence Kate, all but the hell he's putting his children thru with his trampy ugly ho dog girlfriend. She isn't good for the children in any way, shape or fashion. Think of your children for one, you loser Jon!!!

  • In all of this, there is ONE sure thing! Sooner or later everyone has to pay the Piper!

  • Selective reduction probably looks pretty appealing in hindsight for them now.

  • Jon is a putz---while Kate may have been an overbearing control freak--the way he is behaving only hurts his kids in the long run. Fine do what you want to do but in private. He should stop playing himself as the victim. What a creep

  • I always get a good laugh out of articles that chastise the reader ("... people still seem to be so interested in the Gosselin family.") when, if not for the writers, we wouldn't be reading about it.
