Just In: Jackson Custody Hearing Postponed

This just in to the "The Insider" Newsdesk: Monday's guardianship hearing involving Michael Jackson's three children has been continued to a further date.

"The Insider" has learned that the hearing involving the custody of Michael "Prince," Paris, and Prince "Blanket," has been continued to August 3 at 8:30 a.m.

Jackson's mother, Katherine, and his ex-wife, Debbie Rowe, had previously requested that the courts postpone the hearing to July 20.

Katherine Jackson remains the temporary guardian of Jackson's three children.

  • i think the kids should go to Michael's mum, coz then Janet can be the main care giver. Janet Jackson is the best person to look after Michael's 3 kids. Hope the JUSTICE system have eyes to see what is right.
