Give to Adrenal Cancer Research

You all have been reading my posts on Spencer Bell, and I’ve been pushing for you guys to get to know him, and I realized that I have done very little to help educate you on the disease that took him from this world. Adrenal Cancer.

I took the excerpts from UMCCC:
Adrenal cancer is both extremely rare and extremely deadly. This is why research is so important.
About 200 Americans are diagnosed with the disease each year with nearly no chance of survival at five years for those diagnosed with advanced disease.

Definition

Adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC) is rare, but very deadly. About 600 new cases are diagnosed each year in the United States, or about one to two cases per million people. Learn more about adrenal cancer on the University of Michigan Health System’s Healthwise Knowledgebase.
Diagnosis / Treatment

Adrenal Cancer is diagnosed and treated in the Multidisciplinary Adrenal Cancer Clinic. Research into the causes of this cancer, and how to best treat it, is pursued through the Endocrine Oncology Program.

Now,maybe you see why research for this cause is so important, so desperately needed, but it doesn’t come cheap, or easy.
That’s where WE all come in. We pitch in and do our part.
We won’t find a cure tomorrow, but with each donation, we get a millisecond closer to it.

I’ll end this with your daily dose of Spencer. This was a video that I found on The Spencer Bell Memorial Page

You can find this and so many more videos, pictures, and memories of Spencer Bell if you click on the link to his page, or the banner at the top of this one.

We <3 you Spencer Bell. So help me, we WILL make a difference in this fight, if I have to shout it from every rooftop.
