        Hillary Duff's ex boyfriend Joel Madden has knocked up The Simple Life's Nicole Richie.

        Nicole Richie, 25, is set to appear in court next week for her DUI case. There is a chance that if she gets jail time she would probably only face up to 3 days in the slammer and then go on house arrest!
