Report: Michael Jackson Film Gets Release Date

When is the eagerly anticipated Michael Jackson film based on rehearsal footage for his "This Is It" tour reportedly moonwalking into theaters?

"The Insider" can confirm that Sony Pictures is still in talks to obtain the film, which the The Hollywood Reporter says is priced at $60 million. Sony and AEG Live would like release the flick on Friday, Oct. 30, says THR.

The trade adds that 90 percent of the $60 million will go to the Jackson estate and the remaining 10 percent will go to AEG Live. Keep checking back here for the latest Michael Jackson news.
