The papers indicate that AEG Live has petitioned the court to get special notice on any matters pertaining to Michael Jackson's estate.
A spokesperson for AEG released the following statement to ET:
"We filed a request for special notice, meaning we can receive copies of papers filed as part of the proceedings. We are an interested party and have the right to be aware of the information. We are not asking to be part of the probate hearing, just to get copies of the papers."
