Michael Lohan: Jon Gosselin wants Friendship with Kate at The Insider

Jon Gosselin and Michael Lohan have reportedly been hanging out in the Hamptons. Lohan talks about his friend's relationships with estranged wife Kate and his rumored gal pals Hailey Glassman and Kate Majors.

"They had eight kids and he would like to work things out the right way and just be friends," he tells People magazine of Gosselin's relationship with Kate.

The two dads have reportedly been spending time together at Lohan's Hamptons home.

"He's fantastic and upbeat and said that he just wanted to concentrate on his kids and his career and his life. ... It's overwhelming for him but he's handling it," Lohan says of the "Jon & Kate Plus 8" star's separation from his wife.

As for Gosselin's lady friends, Glassman and former Star magazine reporter, Major, Lohan tells People, "he's not with either one right now. ... He's not concentrating on a relationship with any woman. He just wants to take a step back and deal with his family and his kids."

I can see his point she was always yelling at him and anyone would get sick of that. But I think he really needs to be thinking about all of this and how much his kids are seeing and hearing the twins are older and kids can be real mean.
