Vanity has a tongue-in-cheek way of punishing the narcissist, like the emperor with his new clothes or the stripper unaware of the tampon string dangling from her t-back. Case in point: Lisa Rinna making a spectacle of herself in Central Park on Saturday. She galavants around in series of ridiculous poses and shamelessly mugs for the camera, forgetting what birthing two children does to your midsection:
