Chopra says the drug is short acting and, even if Jackson was taking the drug, it may not show up in his blood stream since the autopsy was not done on the same day; however, he does say that there may be traces of other narcotics. "If they didn't know of it, they wouldn't have tested for it," Chopra said of Propofol.
Chopra also gives his prediction as to what will become of Dr. Conrad Murray, "It's likely that Dr. Murray will be charged with manslaughter or second degree murder. I don't think it was Dr. Murray's intention to kill Michael."
"The only good that can come out of Michael Jackson's death is that we begin a conversation in the media and elsewhere on this huge problem of enabling doctors, on the problem of drug addiction and celebrities."
