Update: Will Jon & Kate Gosselin Appear Together in New Episodes?

As the countdown continues toward Monday's highly anticipated new episode of TLC's "Jon & Kate Plus 8," ET has learned new information about what the dynamic will be like between Jon Gosselin and his estranged wife, Kate.

 

"The Insider" has learned that although viewers will see Jon and Kate together, they will be separated -- sitting on two adjacent chairs, rather than sharing a couch.

In the episode, Kate will try to pitch a tent for the first time with the help of one of her daughters.

Jon, who has recently grabbed headlines for his alleged new relationships, will attempt to make pizza in the family's kitchen.

As for how the show will handle the new people that may be in the lives of Jon and Kate, "The Insider" has learned that they will take it on a case by case basis.

  • Yikes, we don't want to see Jon's girlfriends on the show, it is hard enough to watch the children being shoved back and forth between the 2 immature adults.
    The show is not the same and I will need to determine if I will continue to view it.

  • You are so right. She is so vain. When they talked about the breakup and she cried, she wanted a tissue so her makeup wouldn't get messed up. She isn't putting those kids through college, they are. its awful that little kids like that have to work...

  • This have gotten so pathetic I think its time to dop the show and move onto something else. Its gotten more fun to watch the news about them, than to watch the show. Give the kids a break and let them stop working.

  • I wish the show would focus more on Jon and the 6 eight kids and just have Kate as a guest spot occasionally for the public to get a break of her constant talking. I think she forgets the show is about Jon and the 8 kids as well and not the Kate...
