Meryl Streep Sizzles at the 'Julie & Julia' Premiere

Meryl Streep, Stanley Tucci and the cast of 'Julia & Julie' cooked up some fun at the New York premiere of the new movie Thursday night, and "The Insider" was there!

"I think New Yorkers are going to love it, especially people from Queens," says Meryl.

"Half of it takes place in New York; Julia Child loved New York," agrees Stanley, who said of working again with his 'The Devil Wears Prada' co-star, "If there is a best, she's it."

Based on the bestselling memoirs Julie & Julia and My Life in France, the film intertwines the lives of two remarkable women in two different time periods: Julia Child (Streep) and her rise to prominence as the world's first female "do-it-yourself" culinary authority; and Julie Powell (Amy Adams), a lowly cubicle worker who decides to take on a writing assignment: Go through Child's cookbook and create 524 recipes in just 365 days.

Directed by Nora Ephron ('Sleepless in Seattle'), 'Julie & Julia' will be served in theaters August 7.
