Paris Hilton still likes to get stoney! Paris — who claims to have never ever not even once used used ny drugs — just wants a little R&R huh.

 

Says one standing-in-liner at Teddy’s: “She took a huge puff off of a joint, then opened the door and exhaled the pot smoke basically in my face.”
