Katherine Jackson Named Permanent Guardian of Son's Kids

Katherine Jackson was named permanent guardian of her son's three children, after a hearing in a Los Angeles courtroom Monday morning -- "The Insider" has details regarding the family's allowances.

The court ruled that the allowances for Katherine and Jackson's children will be sealed. The court will revisit Katherine's allowance in six months.

The allowance for Jackson's kids will be eighty-three percent of what was requested.

Attorneys for Arnie Klein -- former dermatologist and friend to Michael Jackson --were present at the custody hearing.

The doctor wanted a say over the education and care of Jackson's two eldest children. "The Insider" reports that the court found that Klein had no standing to make that request and his legal team left the courtroom.

  • The sad part is that these childrens are pawns in a game to win MJ's future earnings. Everyone knows a lot of money will flow to these kids and I suspect everyone has their own self interests involved.
