Jason Wahler is in trouble with the police again after he was arrested following a drunken night out on Friday. The former Hills star is alleged to have been kicked out of the Ocean Avenue Brewery in Laguna Beach California after he was involved in a brawl with a club bouncer. According to TMZ.com, Wahler managed to sneak back inside and had to be thrown out by security for a second time. But Wahler allegedly removed his shoes and threw them at the bar before punching a bouncer. He was arrested on suspicion of battery and public intoxication and is now facing a charge for probation violation relating to another drunken incident in 2007.
