Laura Ling took to her Facebook page Wednesday to express her gratitude for being back home.

The newly freed journalist, who is the sister of TV journalist Lisa Ling, posted the following message on her profile on the social networking Web site:

"Thank you, thank you, thank you to EVERYONE! I am so overwhelmed by the support we’ve received. I’m incredibly exhausted, but feel so fortunate to be free again."

Following a visit from President Bill Clinton on Tuesday, Laura Ling and Euna Lee were issued a "special pardon" from the North Korean government, and arrived home on Wednesday morning. They were convicted and imprisoned by the North Korean government for allegedly entering the country illegally last March.

  • Hello I am so glad that Laura Ling and Euna Lee are home safe. It was a happy day for them.
I was just woundering if anyone was going to tell Laura Ling that before Micheal Jackson passed he was going to try to help get her out of there. All i keep saying to myself when i saw her come out of the plain and down them steeps was man i wish Micheal was here to see this. Than i thought to myself he is he is seeing this and maybe in some way he did help out with Mr. Clinton. God bless and take care Laura and Euna. And God bless The Jackson's sista from ohio
