The newly freed journalist, who is the sister of TV journalist Lisa Ling, posted the following message on her profile on the social networking Web site:
"Thank you, thank you, thank you to EVERYONE! I am so overwhelmed by the support we’ve received. I’m incredibly exhausted, but feel so fortunate to be free again."
Following a visit from President Bill Clinton on Tuesday, Laura Ling and Euna Lee were issued a "special pardon" from the North Korean government, and arrived home on Wednesday morning. They were convicted and imprisoned by the North Korean government for allegedly entering the country illegally last March.
