Actress Cameron Diaz has proved that she is not the “other woman” in Criss Angel’s and his estranged wife, Joanne Saran’s life by dating British environmentalist David de Rothschild. Saran had filed a lawsuit at Nassau County Court, N.Y., on June 29 and had blamed Diaz for her split with Angel.

The Shrek the Third star, 34, is dating unmarried, handsome 28-year-old David de Rothschild. He is the head of Adventure Ecology and heir to a banking fortune.

In 2003, David was picked by Tatler magazine’s list as the second hottest bachelors in the United Kingdom leaving both Prince Harry and Hugh Grant behind.

The two were seen in the VIP section at Live Earth in New Jersey on July 7, flirting, holding hands throughout dinner at NYC’s Stanton Social just two nights after the event.

Diaz has also been linked with actor Matt Dillon as she dated him for three years. Later she began dating Justin Timberlake but the pair separated early this year after four years of courtship, she also happens to be ex-fiancée of actor, musician, and guitarist Jared Leto.
