Highschool musical star Vanessa Hudgens has been hit by another nude photo scandal. We thought VHud would have learned a lesson about electronically transmitting personal pics after her last naked photos leaked.  Maybe Vanessa is preparing for her next movie role.  Vanessa has said that she is willing to get naked for the right role. Did Vanessa Hudgens not learn her lesson the first time personal photos were leaked online?

The “High School Musical” alum is in the middle of another photo scandal as new images showing the actress proactively posing topless have hit the Web.

While the risqué photos are new to the public, they were apparently taken before the 20-year-old’s first photo controversy in 2007, Eonline.com reports.

“She learned her lesson,” a source said. “She hasn’t done anything like that since the first ones came out. These new ones are actually old.”

Though the actress is now of legal age, she is said to have been 17 years old when she took the photos of herself with a camera phone.

According to Perez Hilton, who had posted the semi-nude images on his Web site Wednesday, lawyers for Hudgens have demanded the photos be removed because the actress was underage.

Hudgens is apparently not planning to issue a statement the way she did the last time her personal photos were leaked.

“I want to apologize to my fans, whose support and trust means the world to me,” she said two years ago. “I am embarrassed over this situation and regret having ever taken these photos.”

Despite the public shame, Hudgens, who will be playing a hooker in the upcoming Zack Snyder film “Sucker Punch,” is reportedly still planning to attend the Los Angeles premiere of her new movie “Bandslam” on Thursday night.

Adds the source, “She’s not going to answer any questions about them there either. She said what she had to say about taking nude photos.”
