Michael's children Prince, Paris and Blanket have been spending time at Hayvenhurst, the Jackson family home in the Los Angeles area. "They're in a wonderful setting now," Jermaine told Larry. "They feel so comfortable now."
If anything were to happen to their grandmother and permanent guardian, 79-year-old Katherine Jackson, "The kids would be in good hands because there's so many of us," Jermaine said. He added that the children love film, "so there's a great possibility" they might one day get into show business.
As for Debbie Rowe, the mother of Michael's two older children, getting visitation rights, Jermaine said, "I think it's perfect, it's wonderful."
The conversation then turned toward the topic of Michael's will, which appointed attorney John Branca and former music executive John McClain as executors of MJ's estate. In late July, attorneys for Katherine requested the authority to subpoena Branca and McClain -- who for the time being are acting as the estate's special administrators -- in order to interview the two men and review their records.
"These are people that we've known for many years," Jermaine said of Branca and McClain. "They're doing an incredible job. They're following out Michael's wishes accordingly." He added, "Anyone who tries to contest the will is going against Michael's wishes."
