Actress Joely Richardson, 42, and her daughter Daisy, 15, were spotted out in LA yesterday. Joely, who left the hit show Nip/Tuck last year to focus on her daughter's health issues (Daisy has circulation problems with her legs), said at the time,

Surgeons and hospitals have been a big part of our lives. We were always told that she would have to have more surgeries when she got older. The time has come. I love my work but I had to be in two places at once and I thought, 'If it were all over tomorrow, what would I regret?' It would be not being there for her.

Daisy is doing much better now and Joely has re-signed with Nip/Tuck for 15 out of 22 episodes this year.
