"The Insider" has learned that a guardian ad litem will be appointed to look after the interests of Jackson's three children, "Prince" Michael, Paris, and "Blanket," in court proceedings.
The Associated Press reports that Judge Mitchell Beckloff did not rule on merchandising deals during Monday's proceedings because Katherine Jackson raised concerns about it. The potential deals are between the Jackson estate, concert promoter AEG Live and Bravado, a merchandiser, says the AP.
Judge Beckloff says he will decide on the matter in one week or sooner, the AP reports.
