Tatum O'neal: 'Cancer Healed My Rift With Farrah Fawcett'. at The Insider

Actress Tatum O'Neal felt obliged to put an end to her 10-year rift with FARRAH FAWCETT after learning the Charlie's Angels star had been diagnosed with cancer.
The Rescue Me star has previously spoken of her rocky relationship with Fawcett - who has been dating Tatum's father Ryan O'Neal on and off since 1982 - stating she "never talked to Farrah" because she disapproved of her father's relationship with the actress.
But the 43-year-old decided to reconcile with Fawcett, 60, last year after the veteran actress was diagnosed with anal cancer.
She tells Access Hollywood, "You don't want anyone to be sick. She and I had been estranged for a while, a long time - 10 years or so and when I heard that she was sick I made a trip. I was working in San Diego at the time and I made a trip out to LA, drove my car and I visited her."She was then doing better but now she's had this relapse with the cancer. We just all pray for her."
Fawcett was given the all-clear in February (07) only to suffer a setback when doctors found traces of the disease in May (07).She is currently resting at Ryan O'Neal's beach house in Malibu, California, having recently (Jun07) undergone cancer treatment in Germany......Celebs and Bubs
