Question: Hey Anya! I love Lara's Look for Less, and Lara’s Wardrobe Cam -- but why has she been wearing skirts, shirts, and pants lately? Why doesn’t she wear dresses anymore? Also, why don't they do Lara's Wardrobe Cam anymore with option 1 and 2? I really like those. Okay, but, I have a question about fashion. My 13-year-old daughter is at that stage where she thinks she’s fat and ugly. Which, she is not fat or ugly. I was wondering if you have any clothes that would make her feel less overweight and make her look "slimmer." She likes wearing loose T-shirts, like actual T-shirts. Such as T-shirts you buy from school and such. Some people refer to them as "Guy T-shirts." Answer PLEASE.

Answer: Thanks for watching! We are mixing it up here and trying out new looks for fall. I think you will like the new and improved wardrobe cam better because every day you can learn a new fashion tip! As far as your daughter goes, she is probably wearing an oversized T-shirt to cover up and hide her body. Instead of men’s T-shirts, try long, dark layered tank tops that can be worn over a slim short or long sleeve T-shirt. This will make her look slimmer while adding a more feminine touch.

Q: If I wear a black pencil skirt with a cobalt blue blouse, which color should the shoes and accessories be? Thank you!!!

A: Great question! The good news is that you have many options with this outfit. Try black peep toe heels to keep it neutral so that you can have more fun with your accessories. Go for a black, metallic, or white necklace if you want to stay more conservative. If you want to have more fun with your outfit, mix it up with a long, colored necklace or just a fun colored earring with no necklace and some bangle bracelets. Q: I have big hips and was wondering if a pencil skirt would still go with big hips. I was always told to wear a-line skirts?

A: Absolutely! Most people think that a-line skirts will hide your hips, when they actually add on more bulk. Wearing black or navy stretch pencil skirts can make your waist look smaller and slim your hips. Thanks for watching!
