Canadian Hottie Elisha Cuthbert seems to be in the Media these days. She was born in Calgary Alberta and got her first claim to fame in a Canadian kids show called "Popular Mechanics". She later landed a role on fellow Canadian star Kiefer Sutherland's TV series "24." You might remember her finger being chopped off in "House of Wax" along side socialite Paris Hilton? or as "The Girl Next Door". Watch for her in the upcoming horror flick "Captivity" in which she plays a young model who is drugged, kidnapped and subject to harrowing torture in a cell of horrors!
Ontario native Ryan Gosling is making his mark in Hollywood as a promising new actor. He was nominated for an Best Actor Oscar for his role in "Half Nelson" although he didn't win his name has stuck in Tinseltown. He first appeared in "The Mickey Mouse Club" alongside Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera and Justin Timberlake but who could forget the passionate kiss he shared with Canadian actress girlfriend Rachel McAdams in the "Notebook." Goslings new movie "Fracture" is in theatres now.
