Reality show darling Kelly Osbourne is one of the lucky 16 joining the ninth season of "Dancing With The Stars" and she's talking all about why she chose to take the stage for the popular show.

"Dancing to me is something I’ve always really wanted to be able to do but never had the confidence," she told Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS-FM radio show Monday morning. "I'm not very graceful."

Kelly told Ryan that fear was the main deciding factor.

"It's the main reason I wanted to do it," she said. "I've wanted to do something different, something that scared me and nothing scares me more."

"Dancing With The Stars" premieres September 21 on ABC.

  • OMG how low can DWTS go, they are really digging down to give Kelly a go. Please don't put her in a skimpy outfit, on second though do it. That picture of her falling on her ass is worth watching.
