Video: Donny Osmond Reacts to 'DWTS' Announcement

"The Insider" correspondent and "Dancing with the Stars" host Samantha Harris got the reaction of season nine contender Donny Osmond, following the announcement on "Good Morning America" that he will be joining the competitive dance show.

 

"I'd like to see Kelly Osbourne dance," Donny says of his fellow competitor. "You don't know who's going to come from the back and take the lead."

Samantha's co-host Tom Bergeron gives his reaction to hearing that politician Tom DeLay was joining the cast saying, "This is going to be whacked."

Catch Donny, Samantha and Tom when "Dancing with the Stars" kicks off with a 3-night premiere event, Monday September 21 at 8 p.m. on ABC.

  • Donny's a good guy and hard worker, but I have to say it seems unfair that he currently dances in his show five nights a week unlike all the other contestants. Even though rehearsals will be restricted this season, Donny will be able to continue...

  • With Donny on the show it will be great!!!! He is always so funny and gives 110% to everything he does. This should be a really good season. Can't wait!!!
