Victoria Beckham’s dry humor and over the top Poshness in her reality documentary may not have been what America needed to see to embrace Vics, but it worked for Paris Hilton. Paris has been quoted as saying that she and Victoria “could be soulmates” but Victoria wants none of it.

Sources claim that Victoria - who counts Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes and Jennifer Lopez as good friends - thinks it would be slumming to be seen with Paris and would have negative consequences for her. If you were unlucky enough to watch Victoria’s show, you probably heard her mention the fact that she doesn’t understand the girls over here going out ‘without their knickers’.

Victoria’s goal is to set herself and her gorgeous husband, David Beckham, up as a big Hollywood players (ala Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise) and hangin’ with Paris would certainly interfere with that.
