Eric Dane's Lawyer Speaks Out About Nude Video

Reported Tape of 'Grey's Anatomy' Star, Wife, Other Woman Surfaces

After a tape surfaced online of what appears to be "Grey's Anatomy" star Eric Dane, his wife Rebecca Gayheart, and another woman nude together, an attorney for the couple is speaking out and says that the tape should not be used for any commercial purposes.

Dane's lawyer Marty Singer said in a statement to "The Insider," "This is simply a private consensual moment involving a married couple, shot several years ago, which was never intended to be seen by the public."

Singer also clarifies that "Although the participants are nude, the tape is not a 'sex tape.'" He goes on to stress that the tape is private and was made for his clients' personal use.

After the tape surfaced fans immediately took to their Twitter.com pages to share their thoughts.

The tape appears to show Dane and Gayheart nude with another woman, who reports suggest may be former Miss United States Teen Kari Ann Peniche.
