Lou Ferrigno Snubbed By Dancing with the Stars

Dancing with the Stars passed over The Incredible Hulk’s Lou Ferrigno and he ain’t too happy about it, according to Contact Music. Even though, Ferrigno was recently in the news again when Michael Jackson died as it was revealed that the Incredible Hulk star was the King of Pop’s personal trainer, the hit reality TV show on ABC chose not to include him in the line-up.

Apparently, Ferrigno had “originally auditioned for the show in 2007, and had been in talks to appear in the new series,” but didn’t make the cut for the new season.

Ferrigno’s wife Carla Ferrigno slammed producers when she told RadarOnline.com:

“They never even had the class to give Lou a call and tell him that he was not going to be chosen - this is the second time they haven’t selected him but it will be the last. Lou is an American icon and we had a lot of fans contacting us who were excited about him appearing on Dancing With The Stars.

The producers told us he would have made an excellent contestant and when you compare him to some of the ‘so-called’ celebrities they picked it just does not make any sense at all.

We couldn’t believe some of the people they picked… I mean Tom DeLay, a corrupt politician, a skateboarder (Louie Vito) who nobody has ever heard of and what exactly has Ashley (Hamilton) ever done?”

Carla has a point! Tom DeLay isn’t a celebrity and is only remembered for being a corrupt politician, and I’ve never heard of Louie Vito before. Poor Lou! He should’ve been added to the pathetic lineup (not that it would’ve made it that much better)!
