Eric Dane Nude Video Under Police Investigation

Reported Tape of 'Grey's Anatomy' Star, Wife, Other Woman Surfaces

Police are now involved in an investigation of the nude video that surfaced online of "Grey's Anatomy" star Eric Dane, his wife Rebecca Gayheart, and Miss U.S. Teen Kari Ann Peniche.

"The Insider" has confirmed with the LAPD that detectives are investigating a DVD that they received from an unnamed source in July.

The LAPD tells us that the source claimed the DVD "contained images that could link celebrities engaging in illegal activity," but that the footage was leaked onto the internet before Police could determine if a crime was committed.

Dane's lawyer, Marty Singer told "The Insider" earlier this week that the video was not a sex tape and that "This is simply a private consensual moment involving a married couple, shot several years ago, which was never intended to be seen by the public."

  • I never understood why people tape that , it's like they are just ASKING for people to see it. It's like taping yourself robbing a bank, then actually being surprised it got leaked and SWAT is booting your ing door down.
