Michael Jackson's brother Randy will not testify in court regarding memorabilia.The Associated Press reported that a hearing being held Friday will go on without testimony from Randy Jackson because his mother Katherine Jackson's lawyers don't intend to call him to the stand.
Katherine Jackson has challenged a deal regarding memorabilia between the Jackson estate and concert promoter AEG Live.
